“Deep Listening is listening to everything all the time, and reminding yourself when you’re not.” Pauline Oliveros
Supervision with me is about creating enough space to slow down, reflect and be honest about your work. It is not about polishing things to look a certain way, but about being real with what is happening — with your clients, with you, and in the relationship between us.
I bring many years of experience as a counsellor and supervisor, with training across different approaches. I keep ethics and good practice central, and see supervision as a place where you can feel supported while also being encouraged to notice where boundaries, responsibilities and choices might need attention. Sometimes that means gentle challenge, but always with respect and care.
I work with counsellors at different stages of development, from trainees through to those with many years in practice. I also work with other supervisors who want a steady, thoughtful space to explore their own practice. Sessions can take place in person or online.
