Addiction, in one form or another, is part of life for many of us. I’m not here to judge, or to stop you from drinking, drug taking or other such addictions. I’m here to help you explore your situation, and define what your needs, wants and desires are.
Relationship counselling can help to break this deadlock. It doesn’t matter if you’re straight, gay, bi, trans, polyamorous, married, living together, separated, divorced, starting out with a new partner… I’m a Brighton based counsellor here to support you.

Illness / Disability
You are a person, not a ‘condition’. Only you truly know how your illness or disability feels and best qualified to know your social, environmental barriers. We will work on coming to terms with your life challenges, developing a deeper understanding and awareness.
As someone who both works with and has dyslexia, I understand the shame and frustrations which can experienced . Yet, over time, I have also learned many of the gifts available with this particular perspective. You don’t need to feel alone.
The therapy you receive as part of your own development as a counsellor requires a unique approach on account of the particular challenges you will be facing.
